MARKET RESEARCH & PLANNING
After submitting the questionnaire, I’ll email to schedule a 15–30 minute discovery call.
We’ll discuss your space, overall budget must-have features, and kickoff timing. We’ll confirm deliverables and the project kickoff date.

CURATED DESIGN & PERSONALIZED STYLING
You’ll send photos and videos of your space, plus: Detailed measurements (dimensions, ceilings, obstructions) Current furniture/layout Inspirations and branding visuals
Any constraints (budget, timing, pet considerations)
I’ll analyze your market and competition to tailor the design for the right guests and higher occupancy.

GUEST EXPERIENCE OPTIMIZATION
I’ll create mood boards to define the overall direction, color palette, and visual concept. You review and approve the mood boards. Upon approval, I’ll develop design concepts and a clickable shopping list with options and links. You’ll have one round of feedback to refine the plan.

I apply final edits and deliver the finalized design package.
