Short - Term Rental Design:
From Concept to Check - In

We transform short-term rentals into high-demand, beautifully cohesive spaces that maximize nightly rates and occupancy. From concept through completion, we handle space planning, styling, and procurement—delivering a turnkey, guest-ready home with unbeatable photo appeal.

Virtual Design  

starting at $400+ per room

  • Full room build-outs for all main living and sleeping areas (e.g., bedrooms, living room, game room). Mood boards will be created for smaller spaces.

 

  • Space planning and furniture placement guidance. A floor plan is required.

 

  • Sourcing of all furniture and décor (via remote coordination).

 

  • Regular project meetings to align on progress (weekly or bi-weekly).

 

  • Budget creation and maintenance oversight.

 

  • Custom Shopping list of all items included in design 

 

  • Access to an online design portal with purchasing links for all items displayed in the full room build-outs and mood boards.

 

  • Purchasing list for all other items needed to launch an STR (kitchen supplies, small appliances, linens, cleaning essentials, etc.), if needed.

 

  • Client responsibilities: you are responsible for receiving packages, and purchasing furniture as needed.

  • Shipment tracking, delivery verification, and proactive follow-up on any broken or lost items; handling returns as needed.

 

  • Assemble and set-up/install all furnishings and accessories (billed seperately)

  • On-site project management for 3–10 days prior to launch. (Duration depends on property size.)

Share your space with photos, videos, measurements, and any sources of inspiration. We’ll hold a formal kick-off call one week before the project starts to review details, constraints, and standards.

Next, I analyze the market, your competition, and guest preferences to ensure your space will stand out and attract the right visitors.Based on market insights and your target guests, I’ll craft mood boards that define the creative direction, color palette, and overall look.

CURATED DESIGN & PERSONALIZED STYLING 

This is where the magic happens.Once you approve the mood board, the design phase begins. In about 1–2 weeks, I’ll deliver room-by-room concepts plus a clickable shopping list so you can shop with ease.

Once the design is finalized, I oversee the installation and staging process to bring our vision to life. For virtual designs you’ll receive a comprehensive installation guide, including 2D floor plans and step-by-step instructions. We’ll have one final review to confirm your complete satisfaction before you implement.
